Ingredients
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix corn, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
