Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 8 oz whole wheat pasta
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp paprika


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
