Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces.
- Stir in tomato sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan and mix well.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Serve hot.
