Ingredients
- 8 small whole wheat tortillas
- 1 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup turkey pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brush tortillas lightly with olive oil.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add turkey pepperoni, bell peppers, and red onion.
- Season with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Fold tortillas in half and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts and edges are crispy.
- Serve warm.
