Description
A rich and creamy lasagna soup with Alfredo sauce flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups uncooked lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a large pot.
- Add chicken broth, Alfredo sauce, diced tomatoes, and seasonings.
- Bring to a boil, then add broken lasagna noodles.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until noodles are tender.
- Stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted.
- Serve hot with extra cheese if desired.
Notes
- Use gluten-free noodles if needed.
- Add spinach for extra vegetables.
- Store leftovers in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
