Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
  3. Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Stir for 1 minute until aromatic.
  4. Reduce heat to medium. Pour in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  5. Toss cooked pasta shells in the creamy sauce. Serve immediately.
