Ingredients

  • 1 cup wild rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook wild rice in water according to package instructions.
  3. Steam broccoli florets until tender.
  4. Mix cooked rice, broccoli, cheddar cheese, milk, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
