  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Toss onions with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Spread onions on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Mix honey, garlic, and thyme in a small bowl.
  6. Brush the glaze over the onions and roast for another 10 minutes.
