Description
Easy homemade pizza sticks perfect for snacking or as an appetizer. Crispy on the outside and cheesy on the inside.
Ingredients
- 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- Fold the dough in half lengthwise and press the edges to seal.
- Cut into 1-inch strips and twist each strip.
- Place on the baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Use fresh dough for best results.
- Add pepperoni or other toppings if desired.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
