Description
Crispy chicken tenders coated with a sweet and spicy hot honey glaze.
Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp hot sauce
- 1 tbsp butter
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
- Mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat with flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry chicken until golden brown.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, then mix honey and hot sauce.
- Toss fried chicken in the hot honey glaze.
- Serve warm.
