Ingredients
- 1 lb hot sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup beer (lager or ale)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the hot sausage in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and beer.
- Stir constantly until the cheese melts and the mixture is smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm with chips, bread, or vegetables.
