Ingredients
- 4 hotdog buns
- 4 beef hotdogs
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 jalapeños, sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan to medium heat.
- Butter the hotdog buns lightly and toast them for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Grill or pan-fry the hotdogs for 5-6 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Spread cream cheese inside each toasted bun.
- Place a hotdog in each bun and top with sliced jalapeños and shredded cheddar cheese.
