Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Mix ground beef, Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
- Form mixture into small meatballs.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Brown meatballs in butter for 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer meatballs to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- For crispier meatballs, broil for the last 2 minutes.
