Description

A low-carb twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, using rolled-up slices of meat filled with cheese, peppers, and onions.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of thinly sliced beef (such as sirloin or ribeye)
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced green bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced peppers and onions, sauté until soft.
  3. Season beef slices with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Place a portion of the sautéed peppers, onions, and cheese on each beef slice.
  5. Roll up the beef slices tightly.
  6. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
