Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup radicchio, chopped
- 1 cup salami, diced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini, sliced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Wash and dry the romaine lettuce and radicchio.
- Chop the lettuce and radicchio into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the salami and provolone cheese into small cubes.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- Slice the pepperoncini.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Toss with Italian dressing.
- Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
