Description
A rich and creamy pasta dish combining the flavors of a loaded bacon cheeseburger with Alfredo sauce.
Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until beef is browned.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and cheddar cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Top with crispy bacon, diced pickles, and tomatoes before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated Parmesan for best results.
- Adjust ketchup and mustard to taste.
- For extra cheesiness, add more cheddar.
