Ingredients
- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix hash browns, ham, and half the cheese.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, sour cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Drizzle with melted butter.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden and set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
