Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix hash browns, ham, and half the cheese.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, whisk milk, sour cream, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns.
