Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté cauliflower for 5 minutes.
  3. Add shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and mix until combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
