  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup small pasta (like ditalini)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add onion, garlic, carrot, and celery. Cook until vegetables soften.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
