Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the spice mix evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Add chicken broth or water to the skillet.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
