Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper, cook until softened.
  3. Stir in spaghetti, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and water.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
