A quick and easy one-pot meal that combines ground beef with spaghetti and taco seasonings for a family-friendly dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper, cook until softened.
- Stir in spaghetti, taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, beef broth, and water.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 12-15 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
