Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked al dente
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Add cooked spaghetti and shredded chicken to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for a quick shortcut.
- Substitute cream of mushroom soup if preferred.
- Add steamed broccoli or peas for extra veggies.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
