Ingredients
- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 slices crusty bread
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in olive oil over medium heat for 6 minutes per side.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and Parmesan in a bowl.
- Spread mixture on cooked chicken.
- Toast bread slices for 3 minutes in oven.
- Place chicken on toast and serve warm.
