Description
Sweet and savory bite-sized sausages glazed with pineapple and brown sugar.
Ingredients
- 1 package (14 oz) Lil’ Smokies sausages
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
- Place sausages in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until the sauce thickens.
- Serve warm with toothpicks.
Notes
- You can use fresh pineapple juice or canned.
- For extra spice, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- These can be made in a slow cooker on LOW for 2-3 hours.
