Description

A fusion dish combining pepperoni pizza flavors with enchiladas.


Ingredients

  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 can (15 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the mixture and roll tightly.
  4. Place rolled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour enchilada sauce evenly over the tortillas.
  6. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese melts.
