Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (15 oz) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet.
  3. Drain excess fat and stir in diced tomatoes, green beans, and cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread cooked rice in a baking dish and top with the beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until cheese melts and bubbles.
