A simple breakfast dish made with potatoes, eggs, and cheese cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients
- 3 cups diced potatoes
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
- Layer diced potatoes at the bottom.
- Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Pour egg mixture over potatoes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until eggs are set.
Notes
- Do not overcook to prevent rubbery eggs.
- Use any cheese of your choice.
- Add cooked bacon or sausage for extra flavor.
