Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked brisket, shredded
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls, split
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the shredded brisket with BBQ sauce in a bowl.
- Spread the butter on the inside of the hoagie rolls.
- Fill each roll with the BBQ brisket mixture.
- Top each sandwich with a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
- Serve warm.
