Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 2 cups cooked rice


Instructions

  1. Place chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken and stir.
