Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 box (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix both cans of corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Stir in the corn muffin mix, cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and set.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
