Ingredients

  • 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 box (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix both cans of corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Stir in the corn muffin mix, cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
