Ingredients
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 1 lb smoked brisket, sliced
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Layer cheese, brisket, and bacon on 4 slices, then top with BBQ sauce.
- Place the remaining bread slices on top, buttered side up.
- Cook each sandwich for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Slice and serve warm.
