Ingredients
- 2 cups almond flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs and melted coconut oil in another bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
- Let cool before slicing.
