Ingredients

  • 8 oz whole wheat noodles
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, carrots, and bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Cook for 2 minutes.
