Ingredients
- 8 oz steak (sliced thinly)
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add mushrooms and carrots, cook for 5 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil.
- Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions, then drain.
- Divide noodles into bowls and pour hot broth over them.
- Top with sliced steak and green onions.
