Ingredients

  • 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
  3. Rub fish fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mix.
  4. Bake fish for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
