Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets (such as cod or tilapia)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt in a small bowl.
- Rub fish fillets with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mix.
- Bake fish for 12-15 minutes until flaky.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Mix Greek yogurt, sriracha, and lime juice to make the sauce.
- Flake the cooked fish into pieces.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, and sauce.
Notes
- Use fresh tortillas for best texture.
- Adjust sriracha for more or less heat.
