Description
Juicy chicken bites glazed with a sweet and smoky maple bacon sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in the same skillet. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Mix maple syrup, soy sauce, mustard, garlic powder, pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cooked bacon back to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil for 2 minutes after glazing.
- Use thick-cut bacon for better texture.
- Adjust maple syrup for preferred sweetness.
