A quick and easy taco pizza recipe that combines the flavors of tacos with the convenience of pizza.
Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions.
- Spread salsa over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle cooked ground beef evenly over the salsa.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven and top with tomatoes, olives, lettuce, and sour cream.
- Slice and serve immediately.
