Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried apples, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix oats, walnuts, dried apples, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add maple syrup and almond butter. Stir until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1-inch diameter).
- Place on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, pulse oats and walnuts in a food processor first.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Substitute almond butter with peanut butter if preferred.
