Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup Reese’s peanut butter cups, chopped
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Additional chopped Reese’s for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Fold in chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil and drizzle over the cheesecake ball.
- Sprinkle with additional chopped Reese’s for garnish.
- Serve chilled with graham crackers or cookies.
