Description
Crispy fried Reuben balls served with a spicy Thousand Island dipping sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 lb corned beef, chopped
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and breadcrumbs in a bowl.
- Shape the mixture into small balls.
- Dip each ball in beaten eggs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Combine Thousand Island dressing, hot sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder for the dipping sauce.
- Serve Reuben balls hot with the sauce.
