Description
A simple and delicious chicken casserole made with Ritz ers for a crispy topping.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 sleeve Ritz ers, crushed
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Spread mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Combine crushed Ritz ers and melted butter in a separate bowl.
- Sprinkle er mixture evenly over the chicken mixture.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

- Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Add shredded cheese for extra flavor.
