A creamy and flavorful dip made with roasted cabbage, perfect for snacking or entertaining.
Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cabbage with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and lightly browned.
- Let the cabbage cool slightly, then chop finely.
- In a bowl, mix the roasted cabbage with sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve with crackers, bread, or vegetable sticks.
