Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss cabbage with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and lightly browned.
  4. Let the cabbage cool slightly, then chop finely.
  5. In a bowl, mix the roasted cabbage with sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and parsley.
