Ingredients
- 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Rinse the pumpkin seeds and pat them dry.
- Toss the seeds with olive oil and salt in a bowl.
- Spread the seeds evenly on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
