Description
A quick and easy appetizer made with sausage, cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel tomatoes, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cups baking mix (like Bisquick)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Use spicy sausage for extra heat.
- Drain Rotel well to avoid soggy balls.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
