Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 6 large eggs
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add softened cream cheese to the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
  5. Combine cooked sausage, hashbrowns, and egg mixture in a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
