Ingredients

  • 8 lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay flat on a clean surface.
  3. Brown sausage in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
