Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops (1 inch thick)
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side until browned.
- Brush maple syrup over pork chops and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove pork chops from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add Dijon mustard and heavy cream. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Pour sauce over pork chops and top with crumbled bacon.
- Serve immediately.
