Easy and flavorful sheet pan chicken fajitas. A quick one-pan meal with tender chicken, bell peppers, and onions.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, sliced into strips
- 2 bell peppers, sliced (any color)
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lime, juiced
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
- 8 small tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix chicken, bell peppers, and onions.
- Add olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread evenly on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Squeeze lime juice over the top.
- Serve with warm tortillas and fresh cilantro.
