Ingredients
- 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Parmesan, garlic, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken thighs evenly with the mixture.
- Place chicken on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper.
- Add lemon slices around the chicken if using.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot.
