Description
A soothing tea bomb to relieve cold and flu symptoms.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 cup hot water
Instructions
- Combine honey, lemon juice, ginger, cinnamon, and turmeric in a mug.
- Pour hot water over the mixture.
- Stir well until ingredients dissolve.
- Let steep for 5 minutes.
- Drink while warm.
