Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions and cook until softened.
- Stir in garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Mix in sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Fold in shredded cheeses until melted.
- Add bacon, tomatoes, and jalapeños.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
